Art Go Go Camp

During this school holidays, i went to a 2 days camp which is 'art go go camp' organised by The One Academy Penang.

Its a good experience for me. For your information, The One Academy is an art college, and it is also my dream college..aww D=.

In this camp, they din't really teach you how to draw or any digital painting. If they do, they only do demonstration or teach some very basic's basic. This is kinda disappointed though =(. I expect more than that from them!!! argh...-.-

In the camp, they divide the participants (us) into 4 groups. I was arranged into the pink group, and we called it the 'unknown' group after a sometime of discussion. We have four activities/challenge and 1 station game in this camp. Unfortunately our group din't won the best group award =(.

But there are still some good news for our group, i have to say this because our group have the most members to win the activities/challenge. And i am one of them, haha. 3 winners for each challenge, so they are all 12 participants among 80+ participants is going to get some prizes (the one academy t-shirt). I won the Best Recycle Bag Design Award!!! =D. congratz me !!! (one of the 3 winners among about 80 challengers)

Holidays' sketch

YAY! Finally an update for my blog, lol.

Okay, this is a sketch from me. its took me about 30 mins to finish it (plus photoshop'ing). For your information, i'm not used to the digital colouring. So you may notice this is just a simple and easy colouring method, XD.

As you can see, the drawing is based on the colour brown*, and all the colour used is soft selected. (SO ITS WONT TORTURE YOUR EYE!)

All the works done using only computer.

Sketching materials- tablet, photoshop and my hand.lol.

Skill used- i used double layer of texture inside.

Just a simply sketching to update my blog and DA. Anyway, i still think its not bad bah!

HOPE yo beautiful eyes will enjoy my illustration. =D

inheriting the CLiCC president post

After today's morning AGM of CLiCC, i have successfully become the new president of computer club. I am so proud and such an honor on inheriting the CLiCC president post. I hope i have the ability and confidence to operate this club. I will also try my very best for the club to make the club even succes and don't let my club down. =D

Colourful Glowing Text Effect

This image is the result in experimenting the text effect with photoshop. Its just my first try on this effect. However, i was pretty happy with the result (since its was just my first try anyway). For your information, i also used this kind of effect and design into the co-operative club card design competition, hopefully it wont be disappointed... LOL

the party

20 of december, sun day night, 7.30pm.
theres a party at my hse, u can call it x'mas party, celeration party, or any party u wan.
actually its a party for my elder sis, coz they hav finish their spm and they have graduate.
and i was just "tumpang" the party(LOL), the party was fun. its a buffet dinner for evryone. after eat, we ply outdoor. at 1st noone dare to go in the water(swimming pool), but at last all the men push 1 by 1 into the water. just ftw, the guard come and call us to stop and give a reason the swimming pool close at 10.30 (its near 11 ady). oh well, wad can we do? all of us were wet =), my mummy take some towel 4 us and some of them bring clothes so they can change it. after that, some of us chat n some of us back. until 12 am, all of us back to their hse. and the party over. =D

The Storm Warriors (done)

=D. After a few days painting works, my storm warriors drawing is finally done. I am happy with this result. As you know, i am going to join the competition- comic art challenge 2009. 11 of dec is the close date. So, i finished it today and post it to selangor ady juz now ( bye bye my drawing =( i will miss it) i definitely hope this drawing do com out with somthing.=D if it din't, also nvm atleast i tried my best on this. And so, do you guy think this drawing nice? =D

Finally, it is finish.
This drawing took me about 3-4 hours, but i spend few days for this, because i am quite lazy so i spend like 10+ mins aday, i have just put on the colour (red only) and edit in photoshop just now. and tada!! it is done! hope u all like this..=D
Btw, now i am preparing for my comic art challenge 2009. The character of artworks must be related to The Storm Warriors movie. Oww man, this is hard...=D

It Is Just a Begining

As u can see, this is a comic art challenge 2009, presented by The One Academy, Sin Chew Daily & GSC.
Comic Art Challenge 2009, it is actually a comic drawing competition. This comic drawing competition is diveded into 2 categories, which is category A and B. And for me, i am going to join the Category A ( for secondary school students), however Category B is only for adults ( 18 year & above).
It is always being a dream for me to be part of comic and art. There are only 11 prize are given, so i have to try my very best on this. Furthermore, all entries and artwork must reach the organiser by 11dec 2009,5pm. This mean i have less than one month to prepare and finish my artwork. I konw this is not going to be any easy, unfortunately i am still joining. Once again i will say"i will try my very best on this", so wish me Good Luck . =D

After The Reunion

After the reunion, i saw a rainbow just outside Gurney Plaza. It was actually double layer, but one of it much blur and less colour, moreover with my 3.2mp camera, we cant see it through here, ps. =D
